Our one-way delivery charters
If you are trying to get your yacht master license, you can add miles to your log with our delivery charters for accredited bareboat sailors.
We have an ever-expanding fleet across our destinations and there are plenty of opportunities to help us move our fleet around from factories or between our summer and winter destinations.
Sailing one-way from pick-up destination to a delivery destination can be a great way to develop your experience, add on the miles, see more, sail longer legs, test your sailing knowledge and get a great discount too.
Experienced sailors needed
You need experience for our fleet delivery charters and a solid sailing resume. Our boats are often moved prior to key sailing seasons and that can mean heavy seas and strong winds. You also need to be flexible too, as dates can move due to weather conditions. Your charter may not even be guaranteed if the hurricane season is particularly fierce.
It’s also important to be hands-on around a boat and confident that you can take charge to solve any technical problems on board too.
Once you’ve reached the delivery destination, you can relax and enjoy the sun, sea and beaches. An important consideration is whether your crew want to vacation this way. Read one experience of a delivery charter with us one-way from La Rochelle to Sardinia.

See all our FAQsWhat is the cancellation policy for Sail Share?
We highly recommend you arrange travel insurance in case you need to cancel for an unexpected reason to cover non-refundable deposits.
Our Sail Share cabin cancellation fees are:
- More than 90 days before original embarkation date: 25% of the charter fee
- 89 – 60 days before original embarkation date: 50% of the charter fee
- 59 – 30 days before original embarkation date: 75% of the charter fee
- Fewer than 29 days before original embarkation date: 100% of the charter fee
How flexible is the itinerary for a Sail Share charter?
Our yacht itineraries are designed by our destination experts and are set to showcase the best of the destination’s highlights. They are set and not flexible, even if you book all the cabins.
What happens if the weather changes during my Sail Share?
The skipper may decide to change the itinerary if there is bad weather.
Can I choose which cabin I want when I book a Sail Share?
Choose a double cabin with shared bath, or private bath for an additional fee.
Are there child or age restrictions on Sail Share?
Minimum Age : 16 years old
